The home spans approximately 3,850 square feet with three bedrooms and five bathrooms, offering generous space for families, couples, and groups to settle in comfortably. The home comfortably sleeps 12 people. Interiors are thoughtfully furnished with pieces from Restoration Hardware and Serena & Lily, blending relaxed Cape style with elevated finishes.

The layout is ideal for both gathering and retreating. The main level features a light-filled kitchen, dining, and living area, a gas fireplace, a half bath, and a queen bedroom with an en-suite bath and walk-in closet. The upper level includes a guest bedroom with en-suite bath, a serene primary suite with a five-piece bath and walk-in closet, plus an additional sitting room and private balcony. The finished lower level offers a walk-out basement—perfect for movie nights, lounging, or rainy-day downtime.

Comfort is built in throughout the home with six zones of air conditioning, whole-house water filtration, and an automatic Kohler generator, ensuring a seamless stay in every season.
